Terms of service


Welcome to Lock.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lock. Lock operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools and services in order to provide you with custom uniform design, production, and related services (the “Services”).

Lock is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.


SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

To request a custom uniform or place an order, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information including:

  • Contact details
  • Team or organization name
  • Sizes and quantities
  • Logos, artwork, text or customization details
  • Payment and shipping information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.


SECTION 2 – CUSTOM UNIFORM SERVICES

Lock provides:

  • Custom sports uniforms
  • Team apparel
  • Personalized jerseys
  • Design and mockup services
  • Printing, embroidery, and customization services

 

Design Approval

A design mockup will be provided for your review and approval before production begins.

Please note that a $100 mockup fee applies.

If you decide not to proceed with the project, the fee is non-refundable.

And If you approve the design and move forward, the $100 will be credited toward your total project cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including:

  • Spelling of names
  • Player numbers
  • Colors
  • Logo placement
  • Sizes
  • Quantities

Once written approval is given, production begins. Lock is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.


SECTION 3 – CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY

All customized uniforms are made to order.

Because items are personalized:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable
  • Custom orders are non-exchangeable
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started

Exceptions may apply only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused directly by Lock.


SECTION 4 – PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Production will begin only after the following conditions are met:

Payment of 50% of the total project amount

Final design approval

The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the completed product.

All timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Order size
  • Customization complexity
  • Material availability

 

Lock shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or any events beyond our control.

All shipping arrangements and coordination are the responsibility of the customer.


SECTION 5 – CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED LOGOS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

If you provide logos, trademarks, designs, or artwork, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to use the material, or
  • You have written authorization from the rights holder

Lock is not responsible for intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

You grant Lock permission to use submitted designs solely for fulfilling your order and, unless otherwise requested in writing, for marketing or portfolio purposes.


SECTION 6 – PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Custom orders require full or partial payment before production begins.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

  • Taxes
  • Shipping
  • Customs or import fees

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

 

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lock shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Delays outside our control
  • Errors approved by the customer during mockup confirmation

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.


SECTION 8 – REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of custom uniforms:

  • Refunds are not available once production begins
  • Exchanges are not available for sizing errors submitted by the customer
  • Any claims regarding defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If the claim is approved within this period, Lock may proceed with repair or replacement. Claims reported after 3 days from the delivery date will not be considered, and Lock will bear no responsibility.

SECTION 9 – TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lock is headquartered.


SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
